1. Love Local, Shop Local Loyalty Cards are currently free. Any loss or damage of the card resulting in the requirement of a replacement card will need to be reported to the Love Local, Shop Local team to be re-issued with an alternative card number and card. Replacement card will cost £4.99.
2. All Love Local, Shop Local Loyalty Cards must be signed by the person who's name that the card registered too.
3. You may use your Love Local, Shop Local loyalty card where ever you see our approved logo, This apply's to all Shops & Outlets who are participating in the love local, shop local loyalty card scheme.
4. you are not limited to the town you apply for your card in, where ever you see the love local, shop local loyalty card logo, you can use it in any participating shops & outlets.
5. There is no age limit to use a love local, shop local loyalty card, We believe that if (example purposes only) a 8 yr old child receives money for their birthday or Christmas, why can they not be rewarded for shopping in their local community shops & outlets too, after all we are trying to encourage people to start using their local community shops & outlets and build lasting relationships.
6.The receipt of discount will not affect your individual statutory rights as to the quality of goods or services provided. In advertising the availability of discount by using the Love Local, Shop Local card, Love Local, Shop Local is neither endorsing a particular company or product nor giving any assurance as to the quality of the goods or services provided.
7. All businesses are entitled to alter their offer or withdraw their offer at any time without notifying the cardholders.
